Return & Refund Policy

At Reign Select, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at deeyah8791@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note: items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalized orders, and personal care goods.

Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original piece and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU Customers Orders shipped to the European Union are eligible for a 14-day cooling-off period. Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, please reach out at deeyah8791@gmail.com.
